Welcome to AMA Record. By using our music distribution platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AMA Record website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Distribution Services

AMA Record provides digital music distribution services. By uploading content, you grant us the necessary rights to distribute, sell, and stream your music on digital service providers (DSPs) such as Spotify, Apple Music, and others.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your music and sound recordings. You warrant that you have all necessary rights and clearances for the content you upload and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

4. Royalties and Payments

We collect royalties on your behalf from DSPs. Payments are distributed according to the royalty split agreed upon in your distribution contract. Payment schedules and thresholds are outlined in your user dashboard.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AMA Record be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
